Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Florida and brings over 15 years of insurance industry experience. He has a strong background in sales, management, underwriting, and recruitment, along with a valid insurance license. His broad expertise reflects a deep, hands-on understanding of the industry. At ASIG, Charles plays a key role in expanding the company’s reach into global markets, with a focus on larger fleet customers. Sarah holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Northeast Iowa Community College and has earned respected insurance designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor, Accredited Insurance Advisor, and Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional. She spent 12 successful years at Cottingham & Butler, most recently as Marketing Manager, where she led a team of 15 and helped manage $100 million in premiums, generating $7.7 million in annual revenue. Her leadership and strategic insight played a key role in the company’s growth. At ASIG, Sarah will lead marketing efforts, bringing deep industry knowledge, a strong track record in revenue growth, and valuable leadership experience. As a licensed Property & Casualty agent, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the insurance business and client needs.

Caleb Shofner holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Texas A&M University, where he was a standout student-athlete on the Aggie baseball team, contributing to multiple BIG 12 Championships and NCAA tournament appearances. After college, Caleb quickly made his mark in the insurance industry. In his first year as a broker, he generated $15 million in premium and $1 million in revenue, thanks to strong partnerships with retail agents and a talent for building lasting client relationships. Now at ASIG, Caleb leads the sales team, bringing proven success, deep industry knowledge, and a Property & Casualty license. His drive, leadership, and relationship-focused approach make him a key force in the company’s continued growth.

Adam is an experienced professional in the MGA (Managing General Agent) space, with a strong background across all areas of the industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked his way up to become a lead underwriter, demonstrating consistent dedication and a deep passion for his work. His hands-on experience across multiple departments has given him a well-rounded view of the MGA world, making him a versatile and valuable asset.
