Meet The Experts

 Matt has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Nebraska in Business Administration. Matt is an accomplished entrepreneur with almost 30 years of experience owning and operating successful companies. He has a proven track record of profitability with excellent instincts when it comes to leading people.  

 Ben has a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Education and Business Concentration. He is a licensed agent with 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has developed strong relationships within the industry and will be a critical part of the ASIG culture and infrastructure moving forward. Ben’s comprehensive understanding of business development and his ability to implement policies, procedures and operational systems will boost efficiency and quality for all operations. He has built and successfully ran several exclusive insurance products over the last 10 years. During that tenure he was responsible for growing the exclusive from $30 million to $80 million in premium.  
 

 Caleb has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in Sports Management. He was a student Athlete on the Aggie baseball team where he played in the NCAA tournament and helped win multiple BIG 12 Championships.  He continued that success after college with a successful career in Insurance. During his first year as a broker, Caleb was able to build and service $15 million in premium and $1 million in revenue. He was able to do this through exclusive partnerships with retail agents. His ability to establish and maintain relationships with exclusive clients sets him apart.  Caleb will lead the sales team for ASIG and is also a licensed agent for Property & Casualty.
 

 Sarah has an associate degree from Northeast Iowa Community College in Paralegal Studies. She also carries several insurance designations including Certified Insurance Counselor, Accredited Insurance Advisor and Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional. For the past 12 years, Sarah has been working at Cottingham & Butler in various roles, most recently being their Marketing Manager. Sarah oversees 15 producers and employees under her. Sarah controls $7.7 million in annual revenue which equates to $100 million in premium.  She is a proven leader in the industry and will lead the marketing for ASIG. Sarah is also a licensed agent for Property & Casuality. 

 Charles has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida in business administration and business Management.  He is a licensed agent with 15 years of experience selling, managing, underwriting, and recruiting in the insurance industry.  Charles will play a crucial role in expanding ASIG in global markets with larger fleet customers.
